Massive Technology Center Moves Forward In Stonington
A project on the site of a former movie theater is making progress, according to a report.
PAWCATUCK, CT — A town board has approved the design of an 80,000-square-foot technology center on Route 2 in Pawcatuck, according to the Day of New London.
The development by READCO of Old Lyme will be on the former Pawcatuck Cinemas property.
The four-story building will consist of office, conference, and research and development space.

The property will also be home to Stonington Village, a $70-to-$80-million project, including 232 multi-family apartments. The approved development also includes 10,000 square feet of commercial space, and 30,000 square feet dedicated to recreational facilities.
