Mystic Restaurant Charts Reopening Following Months Of Renovations

A Mystic restaurant that closed in October for renovations plans to reopen in February.

MYSTIC, CT — A Mystic restaurant is reopening next month after closing at the end of October for renovations.

In the fall, Red 36 posted on Facebook: "After 8 strong years, Red 36 will be closing to renovate our looks. As such, we'll be closed from October 30th until mid-January. Keep in touch through our socials to know when we'll be back!"

Last week, Red 36 announced that the restaurant would be reopening in February. "We've been missing you. Have you been missing us?" they posted.

The post garnered 348 reactions and 42 comments. One user commented that they "don't mind driving 40 minutes to get there, I really enjoy the food and drinks."

The restaurant has a raw bar and serves fresh seafood, burgers, flat bread pizzas, and a gluten-free menu, according to its website.
