Penny the Yorkie Up for Adoption
This tiny pup was found on Route 49 in North Stonington and was not claimed. Applications will be accepted throughout March 17.
North Stonington Animal Control is receiving a great response for Penny the Yorkie, a dog that was found on Route 49 in North Stonington on March 8. No one came forward to claim her and she is now available for adoption. Animal Control wrote:
It's official! Penny is up for adoption! We have been unofficially accepting adoption applications by email and are overwhelmed with the response!
We want to thank everyone for wanting to open their hearts and homes to this sweet little girl. We will be accepting applications for another day, if you are interested please email us at aco@northstoningtonct.gov and we will forward an application that you can fill and send back.
This process may take time do to so many requests, so please be patient. There are so many wonderful and loving homes available for this lucky penny and we want to thank everyone!
