Stonington Arrests: April 7-11, 2013

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

April 11, 2013
Sean M. Sunderland, 18, 7 Lincoln Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

April 10, 2013
Samantha K. Harris, 18, 21 Pond St., #1, Westerly, RI, was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

April 9, 2013
Stephen O. Kennett, 56, no known address, was charged with failure to play or plead.
Deborah L. Urso, 51, of 21A Watch Hill Ave., Stonington, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol, failure to maintain insurance, failure to drive a reasonable distance.

April 8, 2013
Denny D. Ramoutar, 30, of 12 Bellview St., Willimantic, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
Slone M. Williams, 27, of 23 Noyes Ave., #1, Pawcatuck, was charged with credit card theft.

April 7, 2013
Paul R. Brainard, 26, of 38 Circle Drive, Stonington, was charged with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny and simple trespass.
