Stonington COMO Now Accepting 2016 College Scholarship Applications

The Stonington Community Center administers college scholarship funds as a service to the community and to support the continuing education of Stonington youth.

Stonington youth, high school seniors and college students are invited to apply to the Francis Drake Endowment Fund, the Robert and Doris Ramsbotham Scholarship Endowment Fund, the Frank Turek Scholarship Endowment Fund, and the Mary H. Boatwright Endowment Fund.

New this year, the COMO is offering the Josh Piver Memorial Fund, which is given to a deserving high school senior in memory of Joshua Piver. Joshua was a Stonington High School alum and exemplary Stonington citizen who died in the tragedy of September 11th.

The deadline to apply to is April 29, 2016.
