Stonington Free Library to Broadcast Programs with $7,000 Grant

The Cable Television Advisory Council of Southeastern Connecticut provided the donation to the library.

The Stonington Free Library will be broadcasting its community programs utilizing a $7,000 grant provided by the Cable Television Advisory Council of Southeastern Connecticut, The Day reports.

The library will purchase equipment with the donation, according to The Day.

"With this grant we'll have the ability to reach beyond the audiences that are able to attend at scheduled times and make the presentations available to all,"Library board President George Sylvestre said in The Day article.
