July 26

Michael Gauthier, 51, of 110 Summitwoods Drive in Norwich was charged with sixth degree larceny 

Mark Wayne Packer, 35, of 98 W Broad Street in Pawcatuck, was charged with breach of peace: non-assaultive and non-threatening. 

Cody C. Santos, 18, of 12 Elaine Street in Stonington, was charged with criminal attempt, third degree burglary 

July 27

Lee Colman, 53, of 45 Hewitt Road in Mystic, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to display/return/improper use/obstruct/damage. 

Joseph Somers, 54, of 103 Spyglass Circle in Groton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended, failure to display/return/improper use/obstruct/damage.

Jayson E. Drobiak, 34, of 22 ½ Field Street in Pawcatuck, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and failure to submit to fingerprinting. 

Matthew A. Gerrish, 30, of 6 Beach Street in Westerly, was charged with breach of peace.
