Police on Wednesday arrested Dwayne E. Hazard, 26, of 52 Franklin St., Westerly, RI and charged him with sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle related to an early-February break-in in Pawcatuck. Last month, Hazard was arrested for allegedly breaking into McGill Chevrolet, and then the same night breaking into at least seven cars in the area. Det. John Fiore said during the McGill investigation officers discovered information that led to Hazard's arrest Wednesday. That car break-in was Feb. 6, Fiore said.
