Takeout Seafood Eatery Now Open In Mystic
A seafood market has opened an eatery serving up lobster rolls, fish sandwiches, and more in downtown Mystic.
MYSTIC, CT — Seafood eatery Off the Hook is now open in Mystic. The shop is located in the former Young Buns Doughnuts space at 46 W. Main St.
Off the Hook, by fish market J&R Seafood, is a "takeout venture serving up a curated menu of fresh, fast, and flavorful eats to be enjoyed on the fly," according to an Instagram post.
"Expect the same dedication to freshness and quality that J&R customers have come to know and trust - now with a grab-and-go twist."

The takeout eatery serves hot and cold lobster rolls, fried fish tacos, poke bowls, clam chowder, and more. A full menu is available here.
Instagram user @shoremetheway posted: "@offthehookmystic is open! I’m pretty sure we’ll be regulars here all year. The lobster roll flight was delicious and the tempura lobster roll was surprisingly my favorite.

The seafood spot is open Thursday to Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Off the Hook is in the former Young Buns Doughnuts space. That shop announced it would close at the end of its lease with a new location opening at Mohegan Sun.
