Affordable Housing Development Approved In Paradise Green In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — The Zoning Commission recently approved the petition of T&J Realty & Blake Stratford LLC to construct a 2.5 story, 12-unit affordable housing development at 3589 Main St., according to meeting minutes.

The plans call for 12 one bedroom units and 16 parking spaces. The project will also include one charging station, and the installation of a bike rack, according to meeting minutes.
