Big Lottery Prize Sold At Business In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in Stratford, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A resident from the Taftville section of Norwich bought the winning ticket, a 10X CASH 18TH EDITION scratch ticket, at New Turbo News Plus LLC at 1140 Main St. in Stratford, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
