Company Adds Warehouse Space In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — A New Canaan-based custom design business has leased more than 6,400 square feet of warehouse space in Stratford, realtors announced Thursday.

Angel Commercial LLC announced the lease of 6,402 square feet of distribution/warehouse space at 260 Hathaway Drive in Stratford.

The landlord, 260 Hathaway Drive, LLC, was represented by Eva Kornreich, Vice President of Angel Commercial LLC, while the tenant, ID Accessories, Inc., was represented by Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial LLC, according to a news release.

ID Accessories, Inc., is a "company known for its custom products, will occupy the leased space,” the news release states. “Founded in 1990 and headquartered in New Canaan, Connecticut, ID Accessories, Inc. is a premier design firm specializing in the creation of custom accessories for private label and promotional use. With a strong focus on beauty, fashion, and retail industries, the company collaborates closely with brands to develop products that embody their unique identities.”

The leased space is part of a 27,950 square foot freestanding industrial building situated on 1.33 acres in a Light Industrial District (MA) Zone. Built in 1974, the building “offers a range of amenities ideal for logistics companies, light manufacturers, and businesses needing flexible storage solutions,” according to the news release.
