SCP Distributors LLC signed a long-term lease for 32,000 square feet of industrial space at 100 A Benton Street in Stratford, according to Jon Angel, President of Angel Commercial, LLC, a commercial real estate firm based in Southport. "Stratford has proven to be a thriving base for successful businesses in a wide range of industries," Angel, who represented both parties in the transaction, said in a press release. The landlord of the multi-tenanted building is Stratford Industrial Park, LLC Founded in 1993, SCP Distributors LLC maintains its headquarters in Covington, Louisiana. The company distributes swimming pool supplies, equipment, and related leisure products worldwide.
