STRATFORD, CT — An environmental testing company has leased 6,600-square feet of industrial / flex space in Stratford, realtors announced this week.

Southport-based Angel Commercial, LLC, a leading commercial real estate firm, announced that Eva Kornreich, Vice President of Angel Commercial, LLC, has leased 6,600 square feet of industrial/flex space at 55 Lupes Drive in Stratford to Complete Environmental Testing, Inc., according to a news release.

Kornreich, who acted as the sole broker in the transaction, said "the space leased very quickly after going onto the market, reflecting the quality of the property and location, expertise of our marketing program, and the brisk Stratford industrial/flex market.”

55 Lupes Drive is a 9,385-square-foot building on 0.46 acres designed for two tenants. The building will be shared with Safelite AutoGlass.
