Global Company To Establish U.S. Headquarters In Stratford

STRATFORD, CT — A global logistics and fulfillment company has leased an industrial facility in Stratford to serve as its new U.S. headquarters, realtors announced Monday.

MAYLR, LLC is leasing approximately 12,600 square feet of industrial space at 300 Hathaway Drive in Stratford, Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial, LLC, announced in a news release.

Angel represented both the landlord, 300 Hathaway Drive, LLC, and the tenant, MAYLR, LLC, in the transaction.

MAYLR, LLC, a global logistics and fulfillment company, will establish its new U.S. headquarters at the location.

“The company specializes in warehousing and distributing curated product collections — primarily in the beauty, cosmetics, and lifestyle sectors — to influencers and media professionals,” the news release states. “Its North American operations will now be based at 300 Hathaway Drive in Stratford, CT.

“The one-story 12,600-square-foot industrial building is situated on 0.54 acres in a Light Industrial (MA) Zone. The property offers excellent access to I-95 (Exit 30), Sikorsky Memorial Airport, Bridgeport Harbor Marina, and public transit.”

The building is also close to major logistics providers such as FedEx, UPS, and Amazon.
