Industrial Property Sells For $8M In Stratford: Report

The sale represented the third-largest real estate transaction of the year in Stratford, according to a report.

STRATFORD, CT — The Sunbelt Rentals property at 85 Mead St. in Stratford has been sold for $8 million, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports the 1.6-acre property, which is zoned for light industrial, was sold to Agree Stores, a realty investor based out of Michigan.

The selling price was around five times the town-appraised value of $1.53 million and represented the third-largest real estate transaction of the year in Stratford, according to the Post.
