STRATFORD, CT — A 5,802 square-foot industrial building located on .46 acres at 100 Hathaway Drive in Stratford has been sold to an investor for an undisclosed amount, Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announced in a press release. Jon Angel, President at Angel Commercial, L.L.C., represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction. "The seller was Cumberland Properties, LLC, and the purchaser, 100 Hathaway LLC, has acquired the property as an investment," Angel said in the release.
