Man Accused Of Operating Drug Factory Out Of Apartment: Stratford PD
The man was arrested after a two-month investigation, according to police.

STRATFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man has been arrested, and police seized more than 43 grams of crack cocaine in connection with a drug investigation in Stratford, according to officials.
The Stratford Narcotics, Vice, & Intelligence Unit received information in February regarding drug sales in the Success Avenue corridor on the town / city line of Stratford and Bridgeport, according to Stratford Police Capt. Jerry Pinto.
Pinto said the unit began investigating a specific person who was selling narcotics, specifically street level amounts of crack cocaine, to Stratford and Bridgeport residents in the area.

The suspect, identified as 42-year-old Xavier Rivera-Concepcion, was determined to be engaging in drug sales out of his apartment in the Dogwood Condominium complex in the 200 block of North Bishop Avenue in Bridgeport, according to Pinto.
Pinto said a two-month investigation resulted in the execution of two search-and-seizure warrants on Thursday.

Police seized 43.7 grams of crack cocaine and $2,148 cash as evidence, according to Pinto.
Rivera-Concepcion was arrested on charges of operation of a drug factory and illegal possession with intent to sale of narcotic substance. He was being held in lieu of a $100,000 bond with a court date of March 24.
