Ann Hleva Kuchma, age 97, of Stratford, the widow of Emil Kuchma, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013 in Lord Chamberlain HCC, Stratford.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and interment are private, and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford.
