Obituary: Daniel B. Beeman, 70, of Stratford
Dan, an avid fisherman and dedicated family man, was an engineer, working many years for the Town of Greenwich Public Works Department.
STRATFORD, CT - (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Daniel B. Beeman, age 70, of the Lordship section of Stratford, died on Thursday, February 10, 2022. He is lovingly remembered by his wife June who he was married to for 48 years.
Dan was born in Bridgeport on May 26, 1951, to the late Howard and Lorraine Stewart Beeman.
He graduated from Stratford High School, then attended Colonial School of Tool Design and Monroe Engineering.
Dan was an engineer and worked for the Town of Greenwich Public Works Department. He was the Assistant Superintendent in the Building, Construction and Maintenance Division and retired in 2016.
Dan loved to fish and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his siblings, Gary Beeman (Doreen) of Stratford, Evelyn Morrissey (Kevin) of Stratford and Scott Beeman (Lisa) of Wolcott and many nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may call on Wednesday, February 16th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 BRIDGEPORT AVENUE, MILFORD. Interment will be private.
