Obituary: Leonard M. Harrison, 87, of Stratford
Leonard worked in manufacturing for many years, enjoyed gardening, fishing and spending time with loved ones.
STRATFORD, CT - (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Leonard M. Harrison, age 87, beloved husband of the late Marion E. (Dewey) Harrison, of Stratford and formerly of Milford entered peaceful rest on March 14, 2022, at the VA Medical Center in West Haven.
He was the son of the late Harry Harrison, Sr. and Mary (Skojec) Harrison and was born on September 13, 1934, in Bridgeport. Mr. Harrison worked in manufacturing in Bridgeport for many years before his retirement.
He enjoyed spending time on home improvements, gardening and loved to go fishing and on nature walks.
Mr. Harrison is survived by his devoted children, Kevin Harrison (Matthew Baber) of Stratford and Kerri Ann Harrison of Milford. He also leaves his brothers, George Harrison of East Haven and Edmund Weber of Kentucky. His sons, Robert and Harry and two brothers, Harry and Fred predeceased him.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, March 17th, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.
