Obituary: Susan Glancy McCallion, 59, of Stratford
Susan cherished cooking, crocheting blankets, motorcycles and spending time with loved ones.
STRATFORD, CT - (From Adzima Funeral Home) Susan Glancy McCallion, age 59, of Stratford, beloved wife of Thomas McCallion, passed away peacefully after a long illness on May 20, 2022.
Susan was born in Bridgeport on September 23, 1962 to the late Edward J. and Rose (Mihocko) Fignar and had been a lifelong area resident.
She loved cooking, crocheting blankets for babies and motorcycle riding with her husband. Survivors in addition to her beloved husband Tom, and Rottweiler Rocky, include her loving sister, Roseanne Chiulli and her husband Roy of Stratford, brother, Edward Fignar of Trumbull, brother-in-law, Michael McCallion and his wife Michelle.
Several nieces and nephews, who she loved dearly.
Also, her beloved Godson, who she adored, Christian SanJurjo Jr. In addition to her parents, Susan was pre-deceased by her brother, John Fignar.
Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Funeral service on Thursday, May 26th at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Milford.
