Police ID Body Found at Seawall
Fabian Toledo, 30, of Stamford, has been identified as the victim.

Stratford police have identified the man whose body was found at the Lordship seawall as 30-year-old Stamford resident Fabian Toledo.
Toledo's body was discovered early in the morning Thursday, March 28. Police said they are still investigating the cause of death.
Stratford police Lt. Frank Eannotti could not be reached for comment Monday morning but told the Connecticut Post: "There were no signs of trauma or foul play. It doesn't appear that he washed up out of the water.

"We got a call about a body on the beach and EMS came out too. He was unresponsive and was declared dead at the scene."
