Popular Restaurant Opens In Stratford
The popular eatery has been expanding across the state.
STRATFORD, CT — LobsterCraft announced on its Facebook page that its new Stratford location is now open.
It's located at 2377 Main St. and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m.
"We can’t wait!" the business posted.

One person wrote on Facebook, "How wonderful to have this place in Stratford center. The staff is very friendly, the environment pleasant, and the lobster exceptional. Loved the hot buttered roll. Please support this new venture."
If you're not familiar with LobsterCraft, on its website it states: "In 2012, Captain Mike Harden, a Coast Guard Captain and licensed lobster fisherman...launched his LobsterCraft food truck, offering over-the-top, hot and buttery lobster rolls to hungry consumers looking for their next lobster roll fix."

He has since expanded to have a catering business, several food trucks and now several locations too. LobsterCraft operates permanent locations in Fairfield, Greenwich, West Hartford, and in Sarasota, Florida.
