Paulette spends countless hours preparing her classroom and lessons for student learning. She believes her classroom environment does not only belong to her, but also her students. Having this perspective allows Paulette to encourage more student-engagement and accountability. She is a teacher who is vested in each student's academic achievement as well as their social and emotional well-being. Paulette does not think her students will be successful in their learning, she expects them to be successful.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Paulette is not only filled with creativity, she thinks of innovative ways to engage student learning and critical thinking abilities.
