The Hartford Business Journal reports the shopping center, which is anchored by Big Y, was sold to an affiliate of Massachusetts-based Chestnut Realty Management LLC. The new owners plan to keep all current tenants and will likely invest in property upgrades to help fill the remaining vacancies in the plaza, according to the Hartford Business Journal.
