Stratford Building Sells for $1.95 Million

Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Real Estate, announced today that John Bergin, Pearce Senior Commercial Specialist in the Company’s Milford Commercial office, represented the buyer, Coating Design Group, in the $1.95 million sale of a building at 430 Sniffens Lane in Stratford.

The 35,488 square-foot building, formerly occupied by Advanced Graphics, overlooks the Housatonic River. The seller, The Putney Associates of New York, was represented by David Gorbach of Colonial Realty of Fairfield.

Bergin has been a real estate broker since 1984, specializing in commercial and industrial lease and sale properties. Before entering the commercial real estate field, he had a fifteen year career in the information field with a Fortune 500 corporation.
