Stratford Democrat Resigns from Town Council

STRATFORD — The Stratford Town Council now has one open seat to fill.

On Monday, Joe Gresko resigned from his position on the Town Council, according to The Connecticut Post.

Gresko, a Democrat, was the Stratford District 5 Town Council member and held his seat from February through May.

The town of Stratford will hold a special election, within 90 days, to fill the open spot, according to the Post.
