Stratford Local Hero Is A ‘Driving Force’ In The Community
We all know someone who's making a difference. Here's one local resident who is having an impact in Stratford.

STRATFORD, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.
Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. We’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

Why do you believe the local hero should be recognized or honored?
He is the driving force among others who have put together the Stratford Veterans Museum. Helped make Stratford a designated Purple Heart Town, and is having banners of 15 Purple Heart Veterans pictures hanging on Main Street for the month of November to honor these men. Bill has also helped connect veterans to the Quilts for Veterans program for many years.
