Stratford Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teen Going To Trial

BRISTOL, CT – A Stratford man accused of sexual assault involving a teen in Bristol is pursuing a trial.

Andrey Solis-Madrigal, 29, has pleaded not guilty to six felonies related to the alleged assault.

During his appearance last week in New Britain Superior Court, his case was added to the trial list without a start date.

The 29-year-old is free on $150,000 bond while he awaits a trial.

He faces three counts each of second-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact.

According to Bristol police records, the incident was believed to have occurred in January 2021, involving a victim who was between 13 and 15 years old at the time.

Solis-Madrigal was arrested in May 2021, and his case has been pending since then.
