STRATFORD — Stratford resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 20, David Pavlucik, of Stratford purchased a Cash5 ticket from K'sMartMilford and won $100,000.
