STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On April 4, Dennis Dilulio, of Stratford, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the S.A. Cigar Junction in Stratford and won $10,000.
