On Friday, the person claimed a winning 20X Cash 9th Edition ticket that was bought at the Wheels gas station on Old Stratford Road. The Connecticut Lottery <a href="https://patch.com/connecticut/rockyhill/ct-lottery-now-keeping-winners-safe-phishing-hooks">publishes partial winner information</a> as public record, according to officials. The game, which costs $20 per ticket, began in October 2023, and as of Tuesday, 15 grand prizes of $20,000 remained unclaimed. More than 2.8 million game tickets have been printed, and the overall odds of winning are 1 in 4.08.
