STRATFORD — A Stratford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On October 4, Kendell Lawhorn, of Stratford purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Barnum Discount Liquor in Stratford won $20,000.
