STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 10, Jose Pizarro, of Stratford, purchased a 30X Cash 7th Edition ticket from the Checkers Food Store in Stratford and won $30,000.
