STRATFORD, CT - A Stratford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 16, Mario Sagastume, of Stratford, purchased a 30X Cash 9th Edition ticket from the Delta Food & Fuel in Stratford and won $30,000.
