Stratford Resident Wins Big Lottery Prize

STRATFORD, CT — A Stratford resident recently won $10,000 on a scratch ticket that was sold in Bridgeport, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, won $10,000 on a 200X scratch ticket that was sold at Junco & Daughter Caribbean Market at 1601 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, according to Lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
