Gloss told me that he is a graduate of Stratford High School and worked at the Mighty Quinn Foundation on the grounds of the Shakespeare Theatre for about 10 years. He was the production manager for the Shakespeare Academy at Stratford, while also running In The Spotlight. Gloss produced the program once the town could no longer take it on through that non-profit. He has been working as the technical director of the production.
