Stratford Star Student Athlete ‘Gives 100% In Everything She Does’

STRATFORD, CT — We all know student athletes who also bring their A-game to other parts of their lives.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. We’re working to let all your neighbors know the individual stories behind the leaderboard.

Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?

Not only has she been playing soccer on a travel team for ten years and played varsity soccer for four years and captain and plays HS basketball, she is also in the Junior and HS National Honor Society, a tutor in school, on the Link Team, volunteers for Sterling House Great Kicks soccer, Sterling House basketball camp, and St. Joseph HS Special Olympics basketball camp. All while taking AP and honors classes and has a 3.8 GPA
