Stratford Woman Smashed Glass Bottle Into Car Windshield: Milford Police
The woman is also accused of slapping the victim in the face during the incident in Milford.
A Stratford woman is accused of slapping another person in the face and then smashing a glass bottle on the victim’s car windshield this past March in Milford.
Milford police arrested Melissa Drinkwater, 32, of Stratford, on an active arrest warrant July 18 for the March 16 incident.
Drinkwater was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of the peace.

She was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court on Aug. 11, according to police.
