C&S Wholesale Grocers Closing Suffield Warehouse By Mid-March
The company expects to permanently lay off "a number of employees," a letter on the state department of labor website says.

SUFFIELD, CT — C&S Wholesale Grocers will permanently close its Suffield warehouse in the coming weeks, likely resulting in the layoffs of over two dozen employees.
The grocery distributor has told the state department of labor that it will close the facility, located at 1120 Harvey Lane, and that layoffs are expected between Feb. 26 and March 11.
Twenty-six workers will be affected, according to the state department of labor, and C&S said none of them are represented by a collective bargaining representative.
