On Campus: Great Achievements By College Students From Suffield

Central Connecticut State University, New Britain CT

• A number of students from Suffield were named to the CCSU Dean's List for the spring 2025 semester. They are Leah Beaudoin, Maxwell Beaudoin, Rocky Calsetta, Riley Corallo, Skyla Darvil, Angeline Driggers, Sam Jahn, Ethan Lambert, Rosie LaRochelle, Matthew Marenco, Anthony Pierce, Gjin Rexhaj and Sofia Varessis.

Eastern Connecticut State University, Willimantic CT

• More than 800 Eastern Connecticut State University students received undergraduate and graduate-level degrees in the 2024-25 academic year, which culminated this past May with two commencement ceremonies at the conclusion of the spring 2025 semester. Nabeeha Fatima of Suffield graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

Roger Williams University, Bristol RI

• Suffield residents Daniel Farmer and Thomas Mitchell received their degrees in May as part of the Class of 2025 at Roger Williams University.
• Joshua Nieroda and Emma Sheldon, both of Suffield, were named to the spring 2025 Dean's List at Roger Williams University. Full-time students who complete 12 or more credits per semester and earn a GPA of 3.4 or higher are placed on the Dean's List that semester.

Shenandoah University, Winchester VA

• Stephen Young, of Suffield, was among the 1,369 graduates who received their degrees and/or certificates from Shenandoah University during the 2024-25 academic year. Young earned a Doctor of Medical Science. Shenandoah's 2025 commencement took place on May 24 in the James R. Wilkins, Jr. Athletics and Events Center.
