SUFFIELD, CT — A community Chanukah celebration is planned for Sunday in Suffield, featuring the town’s 3rd annual public menorah lighting, organizers say.

The event is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. and is open to the public at no cost, according to organizers.

Attendees can expect a festive afternoon featuring music, dancing, hot latkes, doughnuts, chocolate gelt, and hands-on activities, including the opportunity to create personal menorahs. Chabad of Suffield is hosting the celebration, officials say.
