Feb. 28: Winter Weather Advisory
A winter weather advisory is in effect for Suffield and the surrounding area from 4 a.m. through 9 a.m. today.
1. Look for rain, freezing rain and patchy fog throughout the day. The weather will impact the morning commute, as a winter weather advisory is in effect from 4 a.m. to 9 a.m. The high temperature today is 48 °F. There is a 60 percent chance for more rain possibly snow tonight. It will be windy tonight, with wind speeds between 11 mph and 20 mph and gusts reaching 44 mph. The overnight low is 26 °F, according to the National Weather Service.

3. The Board of Finance is meeting tonight at at 6:30 p.m. The board may vote on the proposed bonding projects and will review the proposed town budget, which will be presented by First Selectman Tom Frenaye.
