The donation will help keep the Suffield Community Aid food bank stocked during the Christmas season.
SUFFIELD, CT — The Suffield Police Department has made a holiday donation to help address food insecurity in town, partnering with Suffield Community Aid, the community’s local safety net.
Police officials said sworn members of the department donated $500 through the Suffield Police Union to support the organization’s food bank during the holiday season, a time when demand for assistance often increases.

Officials thanked department members for recognizing the need and for supporting residents through Suffield Community Aid, which provides food and assistance to individuals and families in Suffield throughout the year.
