March 7: Board of Finance Meets Tonight

1. There is a 30 percent chance of rain, snow and sleet before 10 a.m., moving to just rain and ending completely around noon. The high temperature today is 41°F with clouds clearing by the afternoon. Wind speeds will range between 10 mph and 21 mph and gusts may reach 33 mph. It will be clear tonight with a low of 19 °F.
