WEST SUFFIELD, CT - A Suffield resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On February 28, Witold Ostrowski, of West Suffield, purchased a $100,000 Cashword 11 ticket from the West Suffield Mini Mart and won $10,000.
