The East Haddam/Moodus Memorial VFW Post 3336 'Cemetery Troopers' are hosting a FREE cemetery preservation workshop at the Moodus Cemetery (off of North Moodus Rd) on Saturday, May 3rd from 10a-2p (rain date: Sunday, May 4th). Learn about proper methods for cleaning, re-setting, and repairing gravestones. This is a hands-on workshop and participation by attendees is encouraged! Please dress accordingly.
