President and Broker of Calcagni Real Estate, Antonio Liguori has announced the opening of the company’s newest office in Cromwell, Connecticut. Located at 26 Shunpike Road, the company’s latest location will further expand the its footprint in central Connecticut.

“For over 50 years, Calcagni Real Estate has been synonymous with Connecticut real estate,” says Liguori. “As we’ve continued to represent buyers and sellers throughout the state, we have identified the demand for more offices to best serve their needs. With our success surrounding the new construction homes at Arbor Meadows in Cromwell, it made sense to open an office here. Now more than ever, Calcagni Real Estate is wherever in Connecticut you are.”

To that end, Calcagni’s Cromwell location will serve as a sales office for Arbor Meadows, in addition to being a functioning office for any buyers and sellers needing to meet with their Calcagni Realtor.

“We’re very much looking forward to getting to know our neighbors in Cromwell,” Liguori says, “and in true Calcagni fashion, we can’t wait to become a trusted part of the community, as well.”

This marks the company’s seventh office location. Calcagni now has offices in Cheshire, Wallingford, Southington, Stratford, Guilford, Cromwell, and North Haven, all of which provide a range of real estate services including market analysis, appraisals, residential foreclosures and relocation services.
