Water Balloons, Objects Thrown At Moving Vehicles In Haddam

The town has posted a video hoping to help identify a culprit.

HADDAM, CT β€” Water balloons and other objects have been thrown at moving vehicles at night, and investigators are seeking the public’s assistance with identifying those responsible.

The town posted dashcam footage on its Facebook page showing an individual throwing something at a passing vehicle.

Town officials said it has happened multiple times, primarily in the area of Route 154 in Tylerville, in the late evening to midnight.

Anyone with information on the individual or anyone involved is asked to contact Troop F in Westbrook at 860-399-2100.

Plymouth police, meanwhile, on Aug. 29 announced they are searching for a man who has been throwing rocks at passing vehicles and causing damage. In the Plymouth vandalism case, police said they had identified a suspect as of Friday afternoon.
